Trucker Wise — Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Trucker Wise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Trucker Wise is a bookkeeping and tax-preparation aid for truck drivers that helps you record income, expenses, mileage, and receipts, and generate reports.

Trucker Wise Pro offers two subscription tiers: $9.99/month and $59.99/year, both including a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID and can be canceled anytime in iOS Settings
• Canceling during the free trial results in no charge
• If prices change, we will provide advance notice

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's purchase terms.

Annual subscribers receive a $100 filing credit toward tax-preparation services from Mingtu Tax Service. The credit is redeemed against the subscription proof included in your handoff package, once per tax year. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is available to annual subscribers only — monthly subscriptions do not include this benefit.

The quarterly tax estimates in Trucker Wise are for reference only and are calculated on a sole proprietor (Schedule C) assumption. They do not constitute tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own tax filings and payments.

Trucker Wise is built with a zero-server design: your data is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, and Mingtu cannot access or recover it. You are responsible for keeping your iCloud backup available. The in-app “Erase All Data” action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

When a subscription expires, Trucker Wise Pro features become read-only. The data you have already entered remains viewable and is not deleted.

You agree to use Trucker Wise only for lawful personal or business bookkeeping, and not to reverse-engineer, crack, or interfere with the normal operation of the app.

The interface design, report templates, and application code in Trucker Wise are the intellectual property of Mingtu LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any part of this app without authorization.

This app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mingtu LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use this app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms through app updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
